clean room coffee facilities secure building aging hotel background noise damp smell
The room was large and very clean. It featured a shower room and toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities were available, too. The building felt secure to me. The location offered a convenient 20-minute walk to the City Centre.
The hotel is aging, and it showed. I could hear noises. It sounded like a boiler turning on and off in the background. There was a slight damp smell perhaps. I did not find it a massive inconvenience though.

broken shower small car park
The heating system was a joke. It only worked for one hour in the evening. i was freezing and couldn't adjust the temperature. the car park barely fits three cars. Good luck finding a spot. the bathroom had black mold and a broken shower. It was hardly clean! i also needed more towels, but i didn't receive a hair dryer.

The room was large. A big tv adorned the wall, a comforting sight after a long day. i also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the bathroom was generously sized, and the shower worked perfectly!

the family room was a good size. it was also clean and tidy with comfy beds. the shower had strong water flow at any temperature..
towels smelled a bit damp. there also wasn't a hairdryer in the room. the water took a while to warm up from the taps.

The room was a good size and clean. It also had an en suite bathroom, convenient. Free parking was available, a great perk. The location was a short walk into the city center.
The towels smelled a bit damp. This was quite noticeable. There was no hairdryer in the room. It took a long time for the water to get warm from the taps.

picture art art frames room size bathroom tiling water stain lamp stain toilet dirt room noise
the picture art frames in the reception area were nice. the size of room b11 suited me well. i liked the tiling in the bathroom and the bathroom's size. the tv offered various apps and live tv.
i noticed cobwebs in all corners of the room, and the lamp had water stains. the toilet was not clean. shower water sprayed from behind the tap. noise came from the room next door after 2 am, but there was no staff available.
